How It Works
What is Good2go procedures & replacement period?
Good2go Recruiting will recruit and refer qualified personnel as available and as needed for direct hire by the client under the following terms and conditions: As consideration for the service provided, Good2go Recruiter will be due a placement fee in the amount equal to percent (10-25%) of the placed employee’s first year’s base salary. Client will be invoiced upon the employee’s first day of employment. Invoices are due and payable to Good2go Recruiter within thirty (30) days of the employee’s first day of employment.
In the event that the employee leaves the employer within the first ninety (90) days from date of hire, for any reason other than company lay-off, Good2go Recruiting will find a suitable replacement free of additional charge.
A search may entail weeks or even months of work. Therefore, Client agrees that if a candidate submitted to Client by Good2go Recruiting is hired either directly or indirectly within three hundred sixty five (365) days from the last discussion concerning such candidate it would be a result of Good2go Recruiting’s efforts on behalf of client and client agrees to pay to Good2go Recruiting the full placement fee amount.

The Turn Around time depends on the role. Hard-to-Fill roles varies from little as 2 days to 3 months. Easier to fill roles ie: Customer service, Call Center…. 0 – 2 weeks.

Good2go Recruiter Subscription Base Recruiting Model
(Annual Salary Less Than 40k)
Considering the current market scenario we have launched a new recruitment model, we called it the dedicated resource model to provide you with a partnership to cater holistically to the organization’s talent needs – a one-stop solution to all your HR needs. With this model, we are providing an alternate to the industry trend of charging a % on every successful hire. You just need to pay us a fixed fee for the month with a 6 to 12 month term.
We conduct a performance review after the first month and you can hire as many candidates as you want in that period. You will pay a monthly subscription fee, mutually decided by the client and us. We will assign a dedicated recruiter to your organization. Hire as many candidates as you want in that period.
