How It Works
Process & Replacement Guarantee
At Good2Go Recruiter, we specialize in AI, Data Centers, and Semiconductor recruitment, ensuring that companies secure top-tier talent in these competitive industries.
We recruit and refer highly qualified professionals for direct hire under the following terms:
✅ Placement Fee: Our fee ranges between 10-25% of the placed employee’s first-year base salary. The client will receive an invoice upon the employee’s first day of employment, which is due within 30 days.
✅ Replacement Guarantee: If the hired employee leaves within 90 days (except in cases of company layoffs), we will find a suitable replacement at no additional charge.
✅ Candidate Ownership Policy: If a candidate submitted by Good2Go Recruiter is hired within 365 days of our last discussion about them, it is considered a result of our efforts, and the full placement fee applies.
Turnaround Time (TAT) for Hiring
We understand that different roles require different hiring timelines. Our turnaround time varies based on the complexity of the position:
